In order to give my clients the best experience possible, I have created policies for booking an appointment with me.
My goal is to make sure each client is happy with their results and is informed on what to expectant from their experience .

Cancellations
Clients must give 24 hour notice for appointment cancellation to avoid penalty. If notice is not received 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment, you will be required to pay 50% of the scheduled appointment.
No-Show
Failure to arrive will result in a "no-show" fee applied to the card on file (100% of your missed appointment). Please understand that while we love what we do, it is how we make a living. We set aside time just for you and when you do not contact us to cancel, it affects our schedule and our livelihood.
Refunds
When scheduling an appointment with LashVibe, you are purchasing our time and skills. We do not offer refunds of any kind for services given during your appointment time. If for some reason you are unhappy with the services received, please contact us within 72 hours of the initial application and we would be happy to work with you to make sure you are satisfied with your eyelashes.
Allergic Reactions
Allergic reactions are not common but can certainly happen without warning. While there is no way to predict an allergic reaction, it is important to understand that anyone can have a reaction to the medical grade adhesive used for the eyelash extensions. In the event of an allergic reaction, we ask that you please contact us within 24 hours of noticing symptoms. Symptoms include: swelling, itching, redness, around the eye area. While we are not allowed to give medical advice concerning such reactions, we do recommend having the lashes removed as soon as possible to prevent any further discomfort. Removals will be done free of charge for clients who experience a reaction to the eyelash extensions. Refunds for the applicaiton of eyelashes will not be given under any circumstance as you are purchasing the lash techs time for application.
Other Artist’s Work
If you currently have eyelash extensions from another lash artist, there may be the possibility that your current extensions will need to be removed and put back on properly. Due to the unregulated nature of eyelash extension trainings, certifications and state board regulations, there are a lot of lash artists that have been improperly trained and at LashVibe, our priority is natural lash health and eye safety. Thus, if you are coming in for a touch up from another lash artist, then you agree that your extensions may need to be removed and a new full set will be applied at the appropriate full set price. This will be discussed and fully explained to you prior to any service being performed.
Children
Please do not bring children under the age of 13 to your eyelash extension appointment. The studio is a calm environment with other clients sharing the same area. We are unable to supervise children during your services.
Illness
If you are feeling unwell due to sickness, PLEASE inform your lash artist prior to your appointment and we will be happy to reschedule you. We take health very seriously in this industry and exposing your lash artist to an illness automatically exposes every other client to an illness. As a lash artist, becoming ill can set back our schedules immensely and can inconvenience a large number of other clients. We will be unable to work on clients who show symptoms if being ill and will reschedule for the next appropriate appointment date.
Zen the Service Dog
Lash Vibe is also the home of Zen the Mini Aussie service dog. Zen will be present at all service appointments with me. Zen is fully trained and certified. If you have a concern or questions regarding the presence of Zen, please contact me and we can discuss alternative accommodations.
